Are the products 100% natural?
Yes, we use exclusively natural and organic products. We are an authorised Grandha retailer and all our artisanal products are made with organic ingredients, free from harmful components.
Where are the products shipped from?
All orders are shipped from France, with fast and secure delivery across Europe.
Which brands are available?
We are an authorised Grandha retailer in Europe. We offer the Fito Capillus, Alkymia di Grandha and FIT.ZON lines, as well as our artisanal products such as solid shampoos and essential oils.
Shipping and Delivery
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship across Europe, including France, Portugal, Luxembourg, Germany, Spain, and many other European countries.
What is the delivery time?
Metropolitan France: 2-3 business days. Rest of Europe: 5-10 business days, depending on the destination.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary according to the destination and weight of the parcel. Prices are calculated automatically at checkout.
Hair Consultations
How does the online consultation work?
The online consultation includes a 1-month programme with 4 weekly follow-up sessions. You receive a personalised analysis and a treatment plan tailored to your hair.
Which days are available for consultations?
Online consultations are available on Wednesdays and Sundays.
How much does a consultation cost?
A security deposit of €20 is required, which is deducted from the total treatment cost. The remainder is paid on the day of the consultation.
Returns and Refunds
Can I return a product?
Yes, you have 14 days after receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal, in accordance with European legislation. The product must be in its original and unused condition.
How do I request a refund?
